Prakalpana Technologies Private Limited is the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and the data controller for visitors in the UK and EU. Where this policy says "we", it means that company.

Sanskrivo is the brand we teach under. The company named above is the entity legally responsible for your data. Any question, including a request to delete it, can go to namaste@sanskrivo.com.

The only information this website collects is what you choose to give us in the callback form: your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, your email address and, optionally, your country and the programme you are interested in.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we hold that conversation and the phone number or address you contacted us from.

We do not ask for a child's name, age, photograph, school or any other detail on this page, and you should not send us one.

To understand, in aggregate, which countries and programmes families are interested in, so we build the right classes first.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with advertisers or data brokers.

Sanskrivo's classes are for children, but this website is intended for parents and guardians. Accounts, bookings and any information about a child will only ever be created by an adult, and that will be covered by a fuller policy before enrolment opens.

Enquiry details are kept until classes begin and for up to twelve months afterwards, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we will action it within 30 days.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under the GDPR (UK/EU), the DPDP Act (India), or your local equivalent. We will honour them regardless of where you are.
