Sanskrivo is a service operated by Prakalpana Technologies Private Limited (CIN U72900UP2021PTC139984), a company registered in India. These terms are an agreement between you and that company.

Sanskrivo is a cultural learning platform for children, currently in development. This website announces our programmes and lets you ask us to call you back. Nothing on it is an offer to sell a class, and no contract is formed by sending an enquiry.

The launch date shown on the homepage is our current intention, not a promise. Programmes, age groups, schedules and pricing are all subject to change before launch.

Please use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, submit other people's details without their permission, or scrape it for bulk data.

Submit accurate information. If you send an enquiry using someone else's details, we will remove them on request from that person.

The Sanskrivo name, logo, wordmark and the text and design of this site belong to Sanskrivo. Please do not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Sanskrit texts, shlokas and the epics themselves are part of a shared cultural inheritance. Our teaching material, translations and explanations are ours.

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as-is and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We will update these terms as the platform grows, and a fuller set will replace them when enrolment opens. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last changed.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.

If you use Sanskrivo from outside India, you remain responsible for complying with your own local laws.
