Live online classes in London
Indian culture classesfor families in London.
Sanskrit, shlokas, chanting, the Ramayana and the Gita, storytelling, public speaking, Bharatanatyam and yoga, taught live from India, in small batches, at hours that work in London.
London is five and a half hours behind India in winter and four and a half in summer, the gentlest offset of any city on this list. The Indian evening batches land in a London afternoon, which is the whole reason British families rarely need anything built specially. The Indian morning batches fall before dawn here and nobody takes them, so in practice London runs on the two evening slots.

Questions from families in London
Which slot works best in London?
The two Indian evening batches, which fall in a London Saturday or Sunday afternoon. That is the rare case where the class is convenient at both ends at once: an afternoon for the child, and an evening rather than a small hour for the teacher.
Does the time change when British clocks do?
By an hour, on the last Sunday of March and the last Sunday of October. India does not change at all, so your Indian class time is fixed and the London time moves. We write before it happens rather than after.
Do you teach outside London?
Britain is one time zone, so the table above holds in Birmingham, Leicester, Manchester and Glasgow exactly as it does in London. The classes are online, so where in Britain you are makes no difference to anything except the accent in the room.
What time are the classes in London?
Our batches run Saturday morning IST (Sat 2:30am in London), Saturday evening IST (Sat 1:30pm in London), Sunday morning IST (Sun 3:30am in London), Sunday evening IST (Sun 2:30pm in London). If none of those suit, tell us the hours that do and we will build a batch around them. We schedule around the learner, not around Indian hours.
Do you have a centre in London?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. Every class is taught live over video by teachers in India, and our office is in HSR Layout, Sector 2, Bengaluru. That is what lets a family in London learn from a teacher who grew up inside this tradition rather than one who is the nearest available.
How do we pay from UK?
